A Bay Bridge toll booth worker was being treated for major injuries Tuesday morning after being hit by a car in a parking lot on the Oakland side of the span, according to California Highway Patrol. The pedestrian was struck at the Bay Bridge parking lot next to the toll plaza around 5:30 a.m., said Officer Mark Adolphson, a CHP spokesman. The worker’s name was not released.
