  • Stylish new construction on Potrero Hill
By Jordan Guinn - Saturday Aug 5, 2017

Here on Rhode Island Street, a luxurious trilevel offers dynamic vistas, upscale finishes and inviting outdoor spaces.“This is a rare architectural gem with sweeping city views that’s steps from the design district,” said Justin Fichelson of Sotheby’s International Realty, who is listing 548 Rhode Island St. for $4.495 million.Twelve- and 16-foot sliding glass panels connect the great room to a wraparound view deck, affording guests and residents true indoor/outdoor living.Red cedar decking complements the city’s rolling banks of white fog and azure blue sky.Wide-plank white oak flooring spans the great room as recessed lighting helps illuminate the space.Located on the second floor, the master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a sitting area that steps out to the backyard.A floating dual vanity lingers above a herringbone-patterned marble floor in the master bathroom, while the glass shower features a rain head. The shower culminates with a frosted glass picture window that affords privacy while welcoming sunlight into the space.

By Michelle Yan - Friday Nov 10, 2017

The Neck Hammock claims to be able to cure your neck pain in 10 minutes or less. It was invented by a licensed physical therapist with hopes of giving people a cheaper alternative to relieve neck pains in their homes.

The Neck Hammock can be used in three different ways: hanging on a door knob, in between a door jam, and wrapped around a railing. It retails for $79.   Read more...

  • Ride-Hailing Apps In NYC One Step Away From In-App Tipping
By Laura Northrup - Thursday Jul 20, 2017

A month ago, Uber rolled out optional in-app tipping nationwide, which made it look a little more driver-friendly while stuck in a traffic jam of terrible publicity. We’re sure that change had nothing to do with what happened in New York’s City Council today: A bill that would require ride-hailing apps to let customers tip within the app passed the …

  • Sierra Trading Post Re-Launches Brand With Campaign From Grey NY
    Tuesday Sep 19, 2017

Sierra Trading Post, part of the T.J.Maxx, HomeGoods & Marshalls Family, has been around for 30+ years, but is reintroducing the brand with a national marketing campaign dubbed, “Go Wild,Folks.”

As part of the brand relaunch, from Grey New York, the firm has launched its first TV ad called “Fight orFlight.”

The campaign’s messaging is intended to communicate the idea that the great outdoors is accessible to anyone, from the avid campers and bikers to people who enjoy tooccasional outdoor activity.

STP promotes its vast selection, well-known brands and comparatively small prices, as the go-to emporium for everybody’s apparel and gear needs for outdooraccessibility.

The brand did a soft launch of "Go Wild, Folks" over Labor Day weekend via social media, parodying extreme athletic events launching with “Cliff, Diving,” that showcased (you guessed it) people named Cliff,  displaying their divingprowess (or lack thereof).  Long- and short-form versions of the video have over a million views across all social platforms to date.

Throughout 2017, Sierra Trading Post will rollout additional spots and new social media content.
