WME-IMG has acquired a majority stake in Bloom, a film finance and production company owned by Ken Kao and Mark Walton.The agency did not disclose financial terms. The deal does not include Kao’s other production companies, Waypoint Entertainment and Arcana, where he’s partnered with Ryan Gosling.Bloom will remain an independent entity handling finance, production and international sales, but will benefit from the full force of the agency’s resources. WME-IMG adds another piece in an international sales apparatus that covers everything from feature films and television to sports and music. Earlier this month, the agency secured a $1.
