A teenager was battling for his life Tuesday after he was stabbed while doing laundry in his apartment building in the Mission District of San Francisco, officials said.The attacker, a man in his 20s, entered the laundry room and stabbed the victim before fleeing the building and leaving the area in a car, police said.The victim is being treated at a hospital for life-threatening stab wounds, and no arrests have been made, according to police.
