Passengers aboard a stranded Vallejo-bound ferry Monday night are disputing the ferry company's account of the incident. The ferry became stranded 45 minutes into its journey, from the San Francisco Ferry Building to Vallejo, after both its engines failed. The trip generally takes about 55 minutes.
