A jewelry store in Malaysia shared security footage of a smash and grab gone wrong, and the internet is loving how bad the robbers look in the clip.
Kedai Emas Sri Alam jewelry store in Shah Alam, Malaysia, was robbed on Monday, but the wannabe thieves were ill prepared for the store's impressive fixtures.
In the clip, four thieves can be seen entering the store and smashing the jewelry cases with sledgehammers. Fortunately for the store, they decided to purchase expensive security glass, and the thieves had an extremely difficult time breaking through it to get to the gold and jewels. This is not good news for Snap Inc. The parent company of Snapchat saw its shares tumble in after-hours trading today after it reported disappointing user growth in its Q2 2017 earnings. It’s only the second earnings report since Snap went public in March, and hopes for a turnaround are deteriorating. Shares fell to $11.90 after hours, an all-time low. Snap debuted on the NYSE at $17 a share. It fell below that price a month ago and hasn’t recovered. The company reported daily active users growth of 7 million to 173 million total, but analysts were expecting about 8 million new users, CNBC reports. Apple's attempts to hide the development of secret new products by using shell companies usually works, but some clever sleuthing by one site has revealed what may be a key component of Apple's future with augmented reality.
Documents have been uncovered by MacRumors that indicate Apple has quietly acquired eye-tracking company SensoMotoric Instruments.
