NEW YORK (AP) — Late-night legend David Letterman will be among the guests when "Jimmy Kimmel Live" returns to Brooklyn, New York, for a weeklong visit.ABC says other guests slated for the week of Oct. 16 include Billy Joel, Tracy Morgan, Amy Schumer and Howard Stern.Paul Shaffer, longtime bandleader on CBS' bygone "Late Show with David Letterman," will sit in each night with Kimmel's houseband, Cleto and The Cletones."Jimmy Kimmel Live: Back in Brooklyn" will tape before a live audience at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, where it has originated on two previous visits from its Hollywood home base.The show airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. Eastern on ABC.

CBS’ “SEAL Team” series premiere was Wednesday’s most-watched show, as the David Boreanaz-led drama helped the network win the night in total viewers.Meanwhile, Fox’s “Empire” led the way in adults ages 18 to 49 and lifted “Star,” in its new time slot, to higher numbers than its Season 1 finale.Fox was first in ratings with a 2.1 rating/8 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and second in total viewers with an average of 6.2 million, according to preliminary numbers. “Empire” at 8 p.m. received at a 2.4/10 and 6.9 million viewers.
