  • KFC home delivery is set to launch in another country

    Getting KFC delivered sounds like something that'd really appeal to the nefariously hungover.

    While it's been around in other countries for some time, it's now finally Australia's turn. Up to 12 of the chain's outlets in the country will start delivering within two to three weeks, according to Business Insider.

    The fried chicken chain will partner up with local food delivery operator Foodora to sling fried chicken into people's homes, striking a balance between ensuring its food is fresh and delivering to as many customers as it can. Read more...

  • NEW! KFC To Fling Its Zinger Into Space

    KFC and space flight company World View are raising awareness for the chain's Zinger chicken sandwich by sending it to the stratosphere in a World View stratospheric balloon. (The company intendsto take people on such flights later on).

    The stunt was concepted by Wieden + Kennedy, with support from MediaMonks, Mediavest | Spark and Edelman.

    It follows the introduction of theKFC’s spicy Zinger Chicken sandwich into the U.S. a couple of months ago with the support of ads featuring Rob Lowe, the newest celebrity Colonel Sanders making a grand speech about space flightdressed in astronaut garb.

    The Zinger Stratollite launch window opens on June 21and is set to last for four days. KFC is supporting the activation with behind-the-scenes video interviews and images as well as a platform that tracks the eventual flight path.
