The TSA wants to replace paperwork with fingerprints.
The security agency will begin scanning the fingerprints of volunteer TSA pre-check passengers this week at Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport and Denver International Airport, according to a news release.
The idea is to make airport lines more efficient by replacing boarding passes and IDs with a quick fingerprint scan. The scan matches fingerprints to a database of fingerprints that passengers gave the TSA when they applied to the pre-check program. Read more...More about Newsy, World, and Transportation
