A 21-year-old man was arrested Tuesday morning for allegedly assaulting at least four people at a Santa Rosa medical center, then stripping off his clothes and fleeing naked down the street in a drug-fueled tirade. Joshua Fajardo, of Santa Rosa, was taken into police custody after being struck by a car near the medical site on the 500 block of West College Avenue, then continuing to run in the buff until an officer deployed a Taser, according to police. Officers cuffed Fajardo while he was incapacitated and transported him to Sonoma County Jail. Three victims were treated for head injuries, none of which was considered life-threatening, police said. The incident began around 9:45 a.m.
